RULES for Rainbow Club and Casino WEEKLY WEB WINNERS DRAWING

Rainbow Club and Casino WEEKLY WEB WINNERS is a DRAWING in which you have a chance to win a $50 restaurant gift card by correctly completing the game form located above on this "WebWinner" web page. YOU MAY ENTER ONCE EACH WEEK. Every week on Sunday we will draw a winner at random from the prior weeks entries. The drawing winner will be posted between 6:00 AM and midnight Pacific Time. The winner's name will be posted on the "Winners" page of the Rainbow Club and Casino web site. By participating in the Contest you give the Rainbow Club and Casino the right to use your name & likeness for advertising. Winner must claim their prize prior the "Claim By" date indicated next to their name on the "Winners" web page.

The Contest is open only to persons 21 years or older. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by law. Employees and immediate family not eligible. Rules subject to change at any time by management.

Limit one entry per person EACH WEEK. All entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. Your entry will be disqualified, at the sole discretion of the Rainbow Club and Casino, if you attempt (1) to enter the Contest through any means other than through the Rainbow Club and Casino "WebWinner" web page; or, (2) to disrupt the Contest or circumvent the terms and conditions of these Rules.

Prize: Each week: One (1) winner will receive a $50.00 gift card for Images Restaurant. Prizes are not transferable. All prizes will be awarded and will carry a use by date.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will have up to 7 days from the date their name is first posted to claim their gift card. Each winner, must be at least 21 years of age and show valid identification. If a selected winner is ineligible or fails to claim a prize, no alternate winner will be selected. Each winner consents to the use of his/her name for publicity purposes without further compensation.

Conditions by entering, participants agree to be bound by these complete Rules and the decisions of the Rainbow Club and Casino which shall be final. All federal, state and local laws apply. Rainbow Club and Casino and their employees are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or unintelligible entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (iii) errors in transmission; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Rainbow Club and Casino which may cause the drawing to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of the prize, or from participation in the Contest; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest.
